Terms and Conditions
Using This Website
This website belongs to Flooring Katy, a flooring company working in homes in and around Katy, Texas. By reading or browsing these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
The site is informational. It describes the flooring we install and how we work, and it gives you a phone number to reach us. It does not sell products, take payments or collect accounts.
General Information, Not a Quote
Our pages explain materials, installation steps and the things that affect a job, such as subfloor condition, moisture in a slab, room layout and transitions between rooms. That material is general. Every floor is different, and nothing here is a price, a measurement or a recommendation for your specific home.
Timelines described on the site, including typical install lengths and how we handle arrival windows, are examples of how a job usually runs. Your actual schedule is set when we talk with you and see the space.
Agreements Happen by Phone and in Person
Calling us at (346) 559-3108 does not create a contract. Any work, schedule, scope or cost is agreed directly between you and us before a job starts. Those terms, not the wording on this site, govern the job.
Accuracy and Changes
We try to keep the content correct and current, but product lines change, manufacturers update installation guidelines and errors can slip in. We may edit, add or remove content at any time without notice. If something on the site conflicts with what we tell you directly, what we tell you directly applies.
Ownership of Content
The text, layout and other content on this site belong to Flooring Katy or are used with permission. You may read and share pages for personal use. Please do not copy, republish or sell the content without our consent.
Limits on Responsibility
The site is provided as it is. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information here, from the site being unavailable for a time, or from problems with your own device or connection. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Updates and Questions
We may revise these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one in effect. If you have a question about them, or about anything else on the site, talk it through with us at (346) 559-3108.
